Vegan Pizza Recipe | Simple Recipe to try!



India consist of a large number of population of with different religions, beliefs and traditions. It consists of the largest number of people who follow vegetarian cuisine all across the world. Around 23-37% people in India rely on fruits and vegetables and do not consume animal products.

In the recent times, with a huge inverse in adulteration of different animal products in many food items people get scared and think twice before buying them. Also, if we talk about pizzas most of them are are made up of different animal products thus many people in our country couldn't enjoy the taste of the Italian delicacy.

Therefore, we bring you a tasty and delicious Vegan pizza which is easy to cook and will be ready in 10 mins without any animal products. 





 

PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:



  • 1/2 cup of mushrooms shopping list
  • 1/2 cup of broccoli
  • 1/2 cup of onions
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots or zucchini
  • any veggies to add for pizza toppings
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of guacamole or hummus (optional)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of pasta sauce
  • 4 multi whole grain tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • squeeze of a lemon


PREPARATION:


  • preheat oven to 375
  • if using , mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice together, set aside
  • lay out tortillas and spread hummus or guacamole (optional) and than pasta sauce on top
  • arrange vegetables on pizza however you like
  • sprinkle grated carrot on top
  • sprinkle olive oil mixture on top of everything
  • bake for about 10 minutes or until crust is crispy
