 A simple Southwestern Vegetarian Pizza recipe worth trying for all vegetarian pizza lovers. It's super easy to make and is a very delicious pizza to taste.

PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (10-ounce) round prebaked Italian bread shell (such as Boboli)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (nonfat or light)

  • 3/4 cup thick and chunky salsa

  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed, drained

  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

  • 4 ounces (1 cup) cheddar and mozzarella mixed cheeses, shredded

PREPARATION:

  • heat oven to 450. Place bread shell on baking sheet
  • spread sour cream over bread shell; top with salsa. Top with beans and green onions; sprinkle with cheese
  • bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with additional sour cream, if desired
