A simple Southwestern Vegetarian Pizza recipe worth trying for all vegetarian pizza lovers. It's super easy to make and is a very delicious pizza to taste.
Only 10 minutes and you have an unforgettable pizza!
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (10-ounce) round prebaked Italian bread shell (such as Boboli)
1/2 cup sour cream (nonfat or light)
3/4 cup thick and chunky salsa
1/2 cup black beans, rinsed, drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 4 ounces (1 cup) cheddar and mozzarella mixed cheeses, shredded
PREPARATION:
- heat oven to 450. Place bread shell on baking sheet
- spread sour cream over bread shell; top with salsa. Top with beans and green onions; sprinkle with cheese
- bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with additional sour cream, if desired
