Cheese is one of the most versatile ingredients in the food universe and is used in pizzas on a very large scale. from vegetables to fruits it is used alone to make a perfect pizza. Many of us are a great fans of this ingredient.
But for those pizza lovers who eat pizza on a daily basis often get fed up of this ingredient because it is commonly used.
For those great pizza lovers here we are going to make a healthy cheese-less pizza very easily in just 20 minutes using vegetables and chicken.
PREPARATION TIME: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- grilled zucchini
- grilled eggplant
- grilled portobello mushrooms
- grilled chicken
- red onions
- baby spinach
- sun dried tomatoes
- roasted red peppers
- capers
- basil
PREPARATION:
- preheat oven to 400F
- cut up all toppings into small chunks
- spread tomato sauce on tortilla
- put on the toppings, pile them sky high
- bake in the oven for about 15 minutes
